We at CSC offer a wide range of fitness classes for all ages and abilities. We pride ourselves on meeting your needs and getting the best out of you. Our selection of classes will challenge you and help you achieve your own personal fitness goals. 


CrossFit Classes

All our CrossFit classes at CSC are hour-long group sessions that are designed to build incredible levels of physical fitness through consistent effort.  The principles of moving efficiently and safely before significant load being added remain the same, whilst intensity is the last piece of the puzzle. 

These sessions follow on from what you have learnt in Foundations with the only difference being that CrossFit will also include some more technical movements that will take longer to gain proficiency in.  Constant supervision from our qualified coaches and use of personalised scaling options ensure that everyone remains safe and progress is made individually. 

CrossFit classes run 7 days a week at multiple times of the day tosuit any schedule.

Gymnastics

Gymnastics classes at CSC are hour and a half-long group sessions that are designed to develop your ability to move your body through space.  The principle of moving efficiently and safety first remain the same, whilst intensity is the last piece of the puzzle.

These sessions follow the same format as Foundations and CrossFit with the only difference being that Gymnastics generally only includes bodyweight exercises - bear in mind that this still includes some extremely technical movements that will take longer to gain proficiency in.  Constant supervision from our qualified coaches and use of personalised scaling options ensure that everyone remains safe and progress is made individually.

CrossFit Kids

CrossFit Kids is a fun and inclusive way for your children to learn the fundamentals of fitness in a structured and safe environment. CFK is a group activity focused on the principle of body mechanics, consistency and intensity.

Foundations

For most newcomers to CrossFit we recommend the Foundations Classes. During your time in the foundations classes you'll learn the fundamentals of CrossFit movements, methodologies and concepts behind what we do.

You'll learn new techniques in  Olympic Lifting, Powerlifting, Gymnastics, Kettlebells and Plyometrics. Each session will include breaking down and practicing the movements with a fun workout at the end. Once you have demonstrated a good understanding of the fundamentals you will move into the main CrossFit classes where you can learn the more advanced movements and participate in even more challenging workouts.

CSC run Foundations courses three times a year, you must attend 8 hour and a half sessions before entering our main classes.

Open Gym

Once sufficient progress has been made to attend CrossFit classes, using open gym sessions becomes an option.  We understand that everyone has their own personal goals and open gym sessions allow the addition of more specific training to your training program.  

Open gym is commonly used for catching up on missed workouts, practising techniques learned in class, organising extra training sessions with friends, improving mobility and developing strength.  Open gym sessions are not directly coached but fully supervised by our qualified coaches.  

Whenever the gym is open, open gym will be available, although the class that is running will take priority on equipment and space.


Personal Training
