Mobility classes are sports specific to help people increase their range of motion, strength, balance, body awareness as well as recovery. Within the fitness industry we see no end of people struggling with their mobility, whether it be tight hamstrings, hips or shoulders. The classes are designed to help people perform functional every day activities with ease. Although designed for active individuals Mobility classes are for everyone and all abilities. Classes are held within Central Staffs CrossFit gym. It is a large open space offering a great atmosphere amongst members and the chance to come and improve your fitness and mobility as well as learn to relax.
