The Foundations Course
For most newcomers to CrossFit we recommend the Foundations Course. During your time in the foundation workshop, you'll learn the fundamentals of CrossFit movements, methodologies and concepts behind what we do.
You'll learn new techniques in Olympic Lifting, Powerlifting, Gymnastics, Kettlebells and Plyometrics.
Each session will include breaking down and practicing the movements with a fun workout at the end. Once you have demonstrated a good understanding of the fundamentals you will be equipped with knowledge to allow you to move into the main CrossFit classes where you can learn the more advanced movements and participate in even more challenging workouts.

We offer 3 options for you to complete your foundations courses. a one off payment of £100 which includes 8 group workshops over 4 weeks (early bird discount available), a 1-2-1 foundations course priced at £100 (no discounts available) which includes 4 workshops over an agreed period. Or you can get it for FREE by taking out or introductory Crossfit Membership (see below).
