Getting Started at CSC
If you're looking to get started at Central Staffs CrossFit, take a look at the programs we offer using the "classes" link above or the programs button below. Then, arrange to come down to the gym and see what goes on first hand. The first thing you'll notice when watching a training session is the different skill levels of all the participants, yet everyone is training together and supporting each other. By coming to watch a class you'll get a much better appreciation of what our training involves than you can from watching videos on the internet. We'll answer any questions you might have and recommend the best way for you to get started. Remember CSC is more than a CrossFit gym, we offer all sorts of programs and personal training, so we are sure you'll find the right session for you.
Getting to Know You
Whether you're new to exercise or an experienced fire breather, we will invite you to a free intro session for us to get to know you, find out what your goals are and how Central Staffs CrossFit can help you reach them. This session also gives us an opportunity to recommend the best programme for you. Of course, you will get to try a workout too!
These sessions are 1 hour long. Your Central Staffs "Taster" Session is the first step of your fitness journey. Your taster Session gives you the opportunity to come and look around the gym, spend dedicated time with a coach, try a workout that is scaled to your ability and ask any questions you may have. By the end of the session you'll have a good appreciation of what our classes involve and how you will benefit from the training so you can make a more informed decision on whether Central Staffs Crossfit is for you.
From here we'll be able to recommend the best way for you to progress towards joining any of or fitness classes.
We run free intro sessions but booking is essential and can be done by dropping us a message via the contact page. Just let us know what date and time you'd like to attend.
