Sports Specific Strength & Conditioning

At Central Staffs CrossFit, we offer personalised training plans and coaching to sports clubs.

We are dedicated to improving your clubs sporting ability through the use of periodized/sports specific training plans, 1-2-1 coaching/technique analysis and load/volume management. It is our aim to build a strong coach-athlete relationship that allows members of the facility to progress and have fun while doing so.

But how do you know our training regimes are working?


Test and re-test!

We use specific tests to measure qualities we are trying to improve. This provides us with quantitative data which we can use to share to make sure you are happy with the amount of progress that is being made.

Additional support

 We have an onsite Sports Injury clinic which clubs can access additionally if required. We have experience directly working with Wallsall FC 1st Team and other academies.

We have recently undergone a huge re-fit to the facility, which includes heated changing rooms, showers, a waiting area and a Strength and Conditioning suite on our floor plan which includes 2x 15m sprint tracks.
