Before embarking on your fitness journey with us, we require new members who haven’t done CrossFit® before begin with our Foundations Course, this a structured introduction designed to prepare you for our classes safely and confidently. This course breaks down the key movements, explains the methodology behind CrossFit, and gives you the tools to succeed in a class setting. We have three options that include membership after the course:

Foundations 1

This package is perfect for CrossFit newcomers. It entitles you to our foundations course and one month of CrossFit® Trio which includes 3 x classes per week + Unlimited Open Gym


Foundations 2

This package is perfect for CrossFit newcomers. It entitles you to our foundations course and two months of CrossFit® Trio which includes 3 x classes per week + Unlimited Open Gym


Foundations 3

This package is perfect for CrossFit newcomers. It entitles you to our foundations course and three months of CrossFit® Trio which includes 3 x classes per week + Unlimited Open Gym


If you’ve already done a foundations course (either with us or elsewhere), you can jump straight into our monthly membership options:

13 class credits per month - average of 3 classes per week + unlimited Open Gym


Quad

17 class credits per month - average of 4 classes per week + unlimited Open Gym


Max

Unlimited class credits per month + unlimited Open Gym
