Central Staffs CrossFit is committed to creating an inclusive, respectful, and equitable environment for all members, staff, and visitors. Aims:
• Promote equality and diversity within all areas of gym operations
• Prevent discrimination, harassment, or victimisation
• Foster a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment
• Encourage positive relationships based on mutual respect
Scope:
This policy applies to all staff (employed or freelance), members and visiting athletes, contractors, volunteers, and spectators.
Implementation:
• Staff will receive training in equality and inclusive coaching practices
• Discriminatory language, behaviour, or actions will not be tolerated
• All facilities and programming will be designed with accessibility in mind
• Complaints will be taken seriously and investigated promptly
Reporting & Support:
Anyone who feels they have been subject to discrimination or harassment is encouraged to speak to the Gym Manager or use our confidential reporting process. Reports will be treated seriously and in accordance with our disciplinary policy.
