🌟 Member of the Month: Carlie! 🌟
This month, we're celebrating one of our longest-standing members — Carlie! 💪
After welcoming her beautiful baby last year, Carlie is deep into her comeback journey, and we’ve been blown away by her consistency and determination. From daily sessions to open gym extras, she's showing us exactly what rebuilding with purpose looks like. 🙌
We’ve even spotted those bar muscle-ups creeping back in... 👀 Safe to say she’s on a mission, and we’re here for it!
Carlie’s energy in class, her quiet drive, and the way she shows up week in, week out — all while balancing mum life — make her an absolute pleasure to have in the gym.
We’re so proud of everything you’ve achieved so far, Carlie — and we can't wait to see what’s next. Keep smashing it! 💥
